Can I use SSH keys instead of passwords?+
Yes. ShellSSH supports SSH private-key authentication and includes a local key vault with ED25519 and RSA key generation.
Does ShellSSH support SFTP?+
Yes. The integrated SFTP explorer can browse remote directories and perform common file operations such as upload, download, rename, folder creation and deletion.
Is my synced data encrypted?+
Sensitive synchronized data is encrypted client-side before it leaves your device using AES-256-GCM. The sync design is intended so the backend does not receive plaintext credentials.
